Day for International Justice is observed around the world every year to
promote International criminal justice. It is to support work of International
Criminal Court (ICC).

significance of World Day for International Justice is to unite every people
around the globe who wants to support justice and promote victims rights. World
Day for International Justice also brings awareness about ICC stands to prevent
the serious crime and promote peace and security of the world.

HISTORY OF WORLD DAY
FOR INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE
The world
day for international crime justice is observed on the anniversary of the
adoption of Roman Statue as the founding treaty of International crime court (ICC).
On 17th July 1998 ICC adopted Roman Statue on a diplomatic
conference held in Rome, The Roman Statue Which seeks protection of the people
from serious crimes like genocide, War crimes and crime against Humanity. It
came in force on 2002 July 1.
