INTERNATIONAL BEER DAY (IBD)
INTERNATIONAL BEER DAY

International Beer Day is a international celebration of beer, taking place in breweries, pubs, and backyards all over the world. It’s a day for beer lovers all over the world to raise a toast to our brewers and bartenders and rejoice in the greatness of beer.
The purposes of IBD are

2.     To celebrate the committed men and women who brew and serve our beer.
3.     To connect the world together by celebrating the beers of all nations and cultures on this one remarkable day.

During 2007 and 2012, the celebration was renowned on August 5, but due to popular demand that the day be held on a Friday, the organizers changed the date to the first Friday of August.
