World Laughter Day is celebrated every year across the world to raise awareness about laughter and its various healing benefits. Also the celebration of World Laughter Day intends to build up a global realization of unity and friendship through laughter.
Laughter won’t heal or solve anything, but it can help to heal and dissolve everything.

It’s a non-religious, non-racial and non-profit organization committed to produce good health, joy and world peace through laughter.
Laughter Clubs, it’s a group who regularly practice simple intentional laughter techniques that promote wellness and overall well-being. It is free and open to all.
Laughter clubs organizes various programs on the world laughter day such as
·        Mass laughter session
·        Peace rallies
·        Free medical camps
·        Joke and different associated with laugh

WORLD LAUGHTER DAY HISTORY
World Laughter Day was celebrated since May 10, 1998 in India, which was proposed by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement.

LAUGHTER YOGA
One of the main objectives of Dr. Kataria’s for Laughter Yoga is to promote world peace through laughter. By practicing Laughter Yoga, it helps the body to discharge definite ‘Feel Good’ hormones into the bloodstream associated to feelings of happiness, warmth, unconditional love, bonding, tolerance, forgiveness, generosity, and compassion.

It does not involve yoga poses; it’s the yoga of breath and little movements. Laughing promotes healing and having fun through

·        Lots of intentional laughter
·        Playful activity
·        Breathing exercises
