body shape diversity, INDD is dedicated for promoting a healthy life style and
raising consciousness about the dangers and futility of dieting.

In 1992, Mary Evans Young, a British anti-diet leader and
director of Diet
Breaker sent out a press release titled Fat Woman Fight Back.
Surprisingly, that caught the media’s attention. And that lead toward a
national and global campaign to stop
unhealthy eating habits and having
negative self-image. According to Young, people should start accepting their
own body size and celebrate it.
